ESPN fantasy football help: start/sit, waivers and draft, set to your scoring.
An assistant for ESPN Fantasy Football, the NFL's official fantasy game since 2026 (NFL.com leagues can be imported). It asks your name, level and league, learns your scoring settings, and each week proposes start/sit decisions, waiver adds and defense and kicker streams, with the public data behind each call and a safe and a risky option. Matchups decide starters, not names. A player listed as questionable stays out unless two sources clear him, and lineups are checked again before each game locks. Each week ends with a review. Log in to ESPN in its browser and it can set your lineup after a summary and your OK. Opt-in: weekly summary and a backup lineup before lock. Free leagues only; it never spends money. Unofficial, not affiliated with the NFL or ESPN. Speaks: English first, then your language.
Grok Bot access and a free ESPN Fantasy Football account. Optional: log in to the game in the bot's browser if you want it to enter your team. No paid features needed.
Included: the bot's role and two skills (its method for ESPN NFL Fantasy and a first-conversation guide). No routines are preloaded; extras are created only if you say yes. Use cases: building your lineup for each round; transfer, market or waiver decisions; a review after each round.
