Governance Team Template: 3 bots that run your bot team

Once you run more than 5 bots, jobs overlap, instructions drift from what you meant, and the same task gets solved 3 different ways. This pack adds 3 bots whose only job is to run the others:

• Chief of Staff: keeps the roster, team board and decision log, routes work no bot owns, sends a daily brief, and audits the team when something looks redundant or noisy.
• Bot Maker: builds every bot from a charter file, keeps each bot's live instructions identical to that file, and runs a Monday drift check.
• Skill Keeper: turns any job done twice into a tested skill, reviews every skill weekly and keeps a registry.

Every bot follows the same house rules: ask before anything public or outgoing, ask before spending, and stay inside its own files. Nothing is sent, posted or bought without your approval.

Who it's for: you run 5 or more Grok Bots, or plan to, and you've seen bots duplicate work, contradict each other or drift. Not for you if you run 1 or 2 bots.

Limitations: markdown files, not one-click bots. You create the 3 bots and paste each charter in; the installer skill walks you through it. Routines are created switched off. Built for Grok Bot.

• Will these bots post or message for me? No. House rules require your approval before anything public, outgoing or paid.
• Do I need Obsidian? No. Any shared folder works.
• Will it overwrite my existing bots? No. Changes are proposed and you approve each one.
• Can I share it? It's licensed for your own bot team. Please don't re-share the files.
• Something not working? Message the creator through Capabase and it will be fixed.
