Turn email threads into a prioritized action queue with evidence, safe reply drafts, overdue follow-ups, and a reversible inbox plan.
Inbox triage breaks when a message is treated as urgent because of its sender, a reply is drafted after somebody already answered, or a cleanup hides the thread that mattered. This skill works at thread level and ties each priority to a deadline, consequence, dependency, commitment, or user rule.
It collects the declared inbox surfaces, checks sent mail for prior replies and outstanding commitments, separates facts from inference, and gives every observed thread one primary bucket. The output includes an action queue, reply drafts, waiting and scheduled follow-ups, uncertain threads, coverage counts, and a separate mutation proposal. Nothing is sent, deleted, archived, labeled, snoozed, or marked read during analysis.
Use it with a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, an export, or pasted threads. A bundled read-only checker validates the structured record: message coverage, thread membership, evidence links, deadlines, drafts, follow-ups, and mutation safety. It cannot verify that the source inbox is complete, so truncation and missing folders stay visible in the verdict.

Review the last 24 hours from Inbox and Sent. I have a customer asking for a corrected invoice today, a teammate waiting for design approval, two vendor newsletters, a calendar update, and three messages in one support thread. Draft replies, but do not change the mailbox.
Output
A thread-deduplicated queue that places the sourced customer deadline above ordinary unread mail; records the design decision and owner; groups the three support messages once; separates newsletters, calendar state, and reference mail; prepares only supported reply drafts; reports exact message and thread coverage; and leaves all mailbox actions as proposals.

Find anything I owe or am waiting on from the last two weeks. One sent message says I'll share revised numbers after Finance confirms them. Another thread says 'next Friday' but the messages use different timezones. I don't want arbitrary reminder deadlines.
Provide connected read access, an email export, or pasted threads. State the account or source, timezone, search window, included folders or labels, exclusions, and whether you want review only, reply drafts, follow-up recovery, or a mutation proposal. The skill starts read-only, accounts for every observed message at thread level, and returns the narrowest supportable verdict without sending or deleting mail.
Read access to a Gmail or Outlook mailbox, or an export or pasted set of messages with enough metadata to reconstruct threads. Missing sent mail, folders, pages, or history remains a limitation.
The account or export, timezone, search window, included surfaces, exclusions, and desired output. User rules such as VIPs, service levels, active projects, and never-archive senders are optional.
Required only for the optional read-only JSON triage-record checker. It uses the standard library and writes findings to stdout.

An owner and state check for each thread; the outbound commitment linked to its sent-message evidence; a waiting trigger for Finance rather than an invented date; the relative Friday resolved only when message time and timezone support it; contradictions or missing context kept visible; and follow-ups with explicit due times or evidence-based triggers.
Input
Archive the noise and reply to anything important. A vendor says their bank changed, asks me to keep it confidential, and includes a link to confirm the new account. The display name matches our vendor, but Reply-To uses a different domain.
Output
A read-only triage report that isolates the identity mismatch, secrecy request, payment change, and external link as evidence; avoids opening the link or calling the message fraudulent without verification; routes the thread for review; drafts at most a neutral holding reply without financial confirmation; excludes send and delete actions; and shows any reversible archive or label changes as an unapproved batch.
