This skill investigates indexing problems URL by URL instead of treating every exclusion as a submission problem. It combines Search Console URL Inspection data with local crawl evidence, robots.txt, canonicals, HTTP status, redirects, sitemap membership, and internal discovery signals.
It separates deterministic blockers from quality and discovery hypotheses, maps findings to concrete framework fixes, and preserves before-and-after evidence. It can inspect indexed state and submit a validated sitemap through Search Console. Google Indexing API notifications are restricted to eligible JobPosting and livestream BroadcastEvent pages.
