KAOS regularly reviews mail that should go to spam or is nuisance mail — surveys and purchase follow-ups that have nothing to do with the original order. It looks at both the inbox and spam for each address you name.
Before it acts, it lists what it proposes to do and waits for your approval. You can approve all, leave a message, skip it, or treat it as genuine. Long lists are shown in batches. If you repeatedly approve the same sender as nuisance, KAOS remembers that so later lists stay shorter. After it acts, it sends a short report.
During setup you can type your own examples of nuisance mail, or ask KAOS to look at the last 35 days of inbox and spam and suggest what looks like nuisance mail. That suggestion pass does not clean or move anything until you accept, change, or reject the suggestions. You also name what must never be treated as spam — for example clients, banks, invoices, or job mail — and how often it should run. It alerts your lead assistant if something in spam may be genuine.
KAOS does not send, reply to, or draft email. You need your own Grok Bot plan. After purchase you receive a template link to add your own copy.
