KONTROL

Developed by Australian Construction Planning Services

KONTROL watches your lead assistant (chief of staff) and your specialist bots. After you name them, it asks permission to look at standing work already set up, such as mail searches, calendar searches, filing checks, and other scheduled or “if this occurs, do this” activities.

If you agree, it reports what it finds and asks if any should not be watched, then checks that work, prompts whoever is responsible if something was missed, and reports to your lead assistant. Choosing not to watch an item only affects KONTROL’s watch list. It does not change that bot’s own rules. If you have no email or calendar searches set up, it will help you do that. If nothing is already set up, or you prefer not to allow the search, it will ask which checks to include and how to verify them.

It does not send hidden feedback about how you use it. During setup you can choose whether anonymous product-improvement notes may later be offered for your approval before anything is sent. You need your own Grok Bot plan. After purchase you receive a template link to add your own copy.
