Solo Founder Chief of Staff
One inbox for every idea, task and dev request. It sorts them onto a Notion board, grooms it each weekday and chases approvals on weekdays only.
Drop links, threads, screenshots or ideas. It reads the full text, writes a Notion note on why it matters to you, and finds it again when you ask.
People who save far more than they ever reread: founders, researchers, writers and builders with a bookmarks folder nobody opens. You send it anything worth keeping. It turns each item into a short note you can act on, and finds it again when you need it.
It replies in whatever language you write in.
Ask "did I save anything about pricing?" and it searches your Knowledge Base and lists matching entries with a one-line point and the original link.
Input
https://example.com/pricing-for-solo-saas

Saved to Business & Startups. Key point: start with one paid plan and raise prices for new users over time instead of launching with three tiers.

Title: How small teams use AI for customer support
Source URL: https://example.com/ai-support-small-teams
Saved date: 2026-10-14
Category: AI Tools
Tags: support, automation
Type: Article
One-line summary: Let AI answer only common questions and hand off the rest.
Summary: (3 to 5 sentences)
Key points: start from your existing FAQ; route anything with account data to a human; review AI answers weekly.
Why it matters to you: your app gets the same setup questions every week, so the FAQ is a ready starting point.
Next step: export the top 20 support questions into one doc.Reply in chat: "Saved to AI Tools. Key point: let AI handle common questions only and hand off the rest."
It never sends messages to anyone on your behalf and never deletes entries unless you explicitly ask.
Does it work in English and other languages? Yes. Its instructions are in English and it replies in whatever language you write in.
Do I need Notion? Yes. Notes are stored in a Notion Knowledge Base database. If you don't have one, it lists the fields to create.
Can I customize it? Yes. You import your own copy, so you can tweak its instructions and routines. Your focus areas, digest time and the Sunday review are set in the first chat.
What if I don't have other bots? It works fully on its own. If you also run the Solo Founder Chief of Staff, tell the chief this bot's name and the chief will hand ideas and article links to it.
Will it update automatically? No. You import your own copy into your account, and it's yours to tweak. Nothing is changed in it automatically.
