Second Brain Librarian
Drop links, threads, screenshots or ideas. It reads the full text, writes a Notion note on why it matters to you, and finds it again when you ask.
One inbox for every idea, task and dev request. It sorts them onto a Notion board, grooms it each weekday and chases approvals on weekdays only.
Solo founders, freelancers and one-person teams juggling several projects, and anyone running a few Grok Bots who wants one front door instead of several chats. You send everything to this bot. It decides where each item goes and keeps the board in order.
It replies in whatever language you write in.
The board uses six statuses: Todo, Working, Blocked, Ready for Review, Done and Hand to Chief. Blocked cards must say what is blocking and who is needed. Any card moved to Hand to Chief becomes the chief's job: it does the work, reassigns it, or asks you, then updates the status and leaves a one-line note on the card. If you mark a card Done yourself, it trusts you.
On first run it creates four routines in your time zone. Times below are examples.
Input
Need to redo the landing page by tomorrow. Also, random idea: auto-generate weekly reports for users.
Output
1. Card "Redo landing page" created. Project: Site, due tomorrow. 2. "Auto-generated weekly reports" saved to the Knowledge Base as an idea. Key point: a weekly summary email for users.
Input
Users on Safari can't log in after the last release. Get this fixed.
Output
Card "Fix Safari login after last release" created. Project: App, owner: engineer bot, priority high. Forwarded to the engineer bot with your report and acceptance criteria: - Login works on current Safari (desktop and iOS) - No regression on Chrome and Firefox Merging or deploying the fix will need your OK.
A Grok Bot plan that can run bots and routines.
Required. Holds the Task Board (and the Knowledge Base if you don't use a knowledge bot). Connect it through the Grok Bot Notion connector.
No reviews yet.
Morning. Board groomed.
Ready for Review (2):
- Onboarding checklist (engineer bot)
- Pricing page copy (content bot)
Blocked (1): App Store screenshots, waiting on assets from you.It never sends, posts, spends, orders, deletes, merges or deploys without your explicit OK. If you don't reply, nothing happens.
Does it work in English and other languages? Yes. Its instructions are in English and it replies in whatever language you write in.
Do I need Notion? Yes. Tasks live on a Notion Task Board, and ideas go to a Notion Knowledge Base when you don't have a knowledge bot.
Can I customize it? Yes. You import your own copy, so you can tweak its instructions and routines, and set your projects, reminder hours and interval during setup.
What if I don't have other bots? It works alone. If a role is missing, it does that work itself or reminds you. Ideas go straight to your Notion Knowledge Base. If you add bots later, tell it their names.
Will it update automatically? No. You import your own copy into your account, and it's yours to tweak. Nothing is changed in it automatically.
Input
(none, weekday confirmation reminder)
Output
Still waiting on you (2): 1. Launch the pricing page Monday or Wednesday? 2. "Onboarding checklist" is Ready for Review.
Input
(none, Hand to Chief scan finds the card "Reply to partnership inquiry")
Output
Took "Reply to partnership inquiry" from Hand to Chief. Drafted a reply for you to check. Nothing is sent until you say OK. Card status: Ready for Review, with a note explaining why.
